Terms of Service

By accessing or using Humanizer.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Humanizer.ai ("we," "us," or "our"). You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Humanizer.ai provides an AI-powered text humanization service that converts AI-generated content into natural, human-like writing. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to process their content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account You are solely responsible for any activity on your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You may not transfer your account to another person without our prior written consent.

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to process content through our humanization service. Pricing: Credit costs are as follows: • ≤150 words: 3 credits • ≤300 words: 4 credits • ≤600 words: 6 credits • Maximum 600 words per conversion Payment: All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By purchasing credits, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change with notice. Non-Refundable: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. No Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.

Due to the digital nature of our credits and the immediate availability of the Service upon purchase, we do not offer refunds except: • In cases of technical errors resulting in duplicate charges • If the Service fails to deliver the purchased credits to your account • As required by applicable consumer protection laws Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to: • Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose • Generate content that violates intellectual property rights • Create content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or harassing • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code • Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the Service without permission • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Impersonate any person or entity • Collect or store personal data of other users • Use the Service to generate spam, phishing, or malicious content We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these prohibitions, including suspending or terminating accounts without refund.

User Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you input into the Service ("Input Content") and the content generated by the Service ("Output Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the Input Content. License Grant to Us: By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your Input Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. License Grant to You: Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable credits, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Output Content for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content you submit to or generate through the Service. We do not pre-screen content and are not responsible for the content users generate.

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, software, and design, is owned by Humanizer.ai and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Service are our property. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, except as permitted by law.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and service improvement purposes.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that: • The Service will meet your requirements • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free • The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable • Any errors in the Service will be corrected LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HUMANIZER.AI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service • Any content obtained from the Service • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Humanizer.ai, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to: • Your use of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any rights of another party • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations • Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to: • Breach of these Terms • Violation of applicable laws • Fraudulent or illegal activity • Abuse of the Service or other users • Non-payment (if applicable) Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Unused credits in your account at the time of termination may be forfeited without refund if the termination is due to your violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@humanizer.ai. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City, State], India. Before filing any lawsuit, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by sending a written notice to support@humanizer.ai. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within sixty (60) days of receiving notice. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, either party may pursue the dispute through the courts as specified above.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by: • Posting the updated Terms on the Service • Sending you an email notification (if you have provided an email address) • Displaying a prominent notice on the Service The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Humanizer.ai regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction. No Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Language: These Terms may be translated into other languages. In case of conflict, the English version shall prevail.
